Reverse osmosis equipment is widely used in roll-type membrane elements, which are semi-permeable membranes, diversion layers, and separators in a certain arrangement. The raw water enters the separator layer from one end of the element. When passing through the separator layer, under the action of external pressure, a part of the water penetrates into the diversion layer through the pores of the semi-permeable membrane and then flows along the water channel of the diversion layer to the drain of the central pipe. The hole flows out through the central pipe, and the remaining part (called concentrated water) is discharged from the other end of the interlayer mesh.
